Our Proposal Planning Team will send over your digital booking confirmation, full location address, and arrival instructions straight to your email.

All pre-event coordination is managed by email, keeping everything organised and secure.

Step 2: On The Day

Our live On-the-Day WhatsApp is available for arrival and timing coordination.

You’ll be discreetly met on arrival and guided into your private penthouse setting, where everything is fully prepared for your proposal.

The proposal and photography take place at the start, followed by private time to celebrate together.

How is the proposal captured?

Your proposal is captured discreetly using professional equipment, ensuring natural, high-quality images as the moment unfolds.

The standard photography focuses on the proposal moment, while the extended portrait session upgrade includes additional close-up and portrait images afterwards.

For terrace proposals, all photography takes place on the terrace only. For lounge proposals, images are captured inside and some on the terrace.

Is video available?

Cinematic video can be added to capture your proposal from arrival through to the celebration.

Professionally filmed in 4K, filmed from one position and a single continuous recording.

Edited highlight videos and multi-angle filming are not included.

When will I receive my photos and video?

Images and video are delivered within 7 working days.

Images are professionally edited in line with the style shown on our website. Raw files are not provided.

Can I bring my own photographer?

To ensure a seamless experience, photography is handled exclusively by our team.

🔒 Media & Client Privacy: To keep our packages competitive, we reserve the right to feature anonymised, real-moment setup and atmospheric imagery on our platform.

We strictly guarantee that no surnames, personal tags, or kissing shots are ever used.

If you require absolute privacy and want all media entirely restricted from our marketing, a Strict Privacy & NDA Option is available at booking (+£500).

Our standard packages are designed for absolute privacy and are strictly limited to two guests.

We can make a special exception to accommodate two additional guests by upgrading your booking.

This requires an additional guest fee of £40 per person (£80 total), which covers the extended venue capacity and extra refreshments for them.

To ensure everything runs seamlessly, we manage all photography and styling in-house. External suppliers are not required.

The penthouse includes both indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing flexibility on the day.

For terrace proposals, our team closely monitors the weather and will review the conditions in advance. If needed, your setup will be seamlessly moved indoors to the premium penthouse space to ensure your experience remains perfect and warm.

We have you completely covered regardless of the British weather, so you can focus entirely on the moment!

For privacy and exclusivity, the full address is shared immediately after booking.

Yes—there is currently free on-street parking 30 seconds walk from the penthouse (availability may vary).

On-site parking can also be arranged in advance at £20 per hour.

As each proposal is planned and prepared specifically for your booking, payments are non-refundable.

However, we are happy to offer one reschedule, subject to availability, provided at least two weeks' notice is given.

After booking, we’ll email you a list of available upgrades, including video, additional photography and decoration options.
