HOW IT WORKS
Step 1: Pre-Proposal Email
Your proposal planner will email you once you have confirmed the booking with everything you need.
This will cover your music, who will meet you, how the actual proposal and photography works and anything you want us to say or do.
Step 2: The Big Day
One of our friendly staff will be there to meet you at ground level. They will say what you have told us to say to you i.e., it could be "Are you here for the rooftop bar?".
They will then take you to the penthouse and to the proposal spot.
The proposal and photography will be at the start. After this, you will be left in private.
Terrace Proposals
The photographer will be on the terrace with a camera, tripod and lights.
Images will be of the style as shown on the web page.
There are no photos taken inside.
Lounge Proposals
The photographer will be in the lounge with a camera, tripod and lights.
Images will be of the style as shown on the web page.
Images will also be taken on the terrace with the views.
Video (If purchased)
The video will capture the before, during and after moments of the proposal.
The filming will start once you enter the proposal area.
The video will be 1-5 minutes long. Raw 4K Footage only.
Filming will take place at the proposal spot only.
Any professional photography will start after the video stops.
Delivery
You will receive the photos and any video purchased by email.
Images taken will be delivered in JPEG (Max 2000 pixels) longest edge.
Delivery is 5 days unless stated or you take the fast delivery service.
Editing
We do not offer photoshop services i.e. changing makeup etc.
Notes
We only permit our own photographers at our venues.
We do not provide or sell the original raw files.
The penthouse proposal is strictly for two persons only “the couple”.
No extra persons are permitted.
We do not permit other photographers.
We do not sell alcohol. We include 0% champagne.
We do not permit other decorators.
Terrace Proposals
The penthouse has both inside and outside areas for you to enjoy.
The terrace area is not covered.
There will be a weather check on the day of the event around 11am.
We cannot change setups last minute.
In the case of predicted poor weather there will be a cut off point at 4pm on the day of the event.
Together we will decide if the proposal will take place inside or on the terrace.
